Do you love lobsters? Clams? Oysters? Delicious Food? Well then, you’ve come to the right place! The 6th edition of Montreal’s Lobster Clam Jam is coming to Montreal this weekend!! With warmer, sunny days comes Montreals iconic and mouthwatering food festivals, and we can’t be more excited to usher in the season with this one.

On Sunday, May 27th, from 12pm to 9pm, head on over to Esplanade du Centenaire De Canal Lachine for a wonderful day of sunshine, food, and merriment. You know this festival must be legit when The Food Network Canada and Everfest recognize it as one of the Top Food Festivals in the World.

Lobster Clam Jam first opened its shell in 2013. It began, and continues to this day, to showcase Montreal restaurants and mixologists. The event is not without a charitable cause, donating a portion of proceeds to the Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada. Starlight helps seriously ill children and their families by brightening up their lives.

This event will be fun for the whole family. Kids can play in the Kid’s Korner while the adults go do a little playing of their own. This festival is stocked with over 25 restaurants, a mojito bar, a beer bar, a wine bar, a coffee bar, and 4 dessert sections. Hello! Party time!

Now to buy tickets: for $40, you can get admission along with 5 clams. For $65, you get admission and 15 clams. Additional clams can be bought on site in packs of 5. Each clam is valued at $3. All food dishes are priced at $6, with some exceptions at $9 and $12. Drinks are priced at $6. So calculate that each dish or drink will cost at least 2 clams. You can buy your tickets here. Admission is free for kids 12 years and under.

Some restaurants and vendors you’ll find there: Seasoned Dreams, QDC Burger, Lucille’s Oyster Dive, Cafe Gentile Westmount, Boozipop, Angry Lobster Bar – Seafood Lounge, Ryu, and more. We can’t wait to try what these restaurants have to offer! Are your tummies rumbling yet?
