Jardin Nelson

Jardin Nelson is an oasis within one of our city’s most touristic areas, the Old Port. Open between mid-may and September 2nd, Jardin Nelson is a beautiful restaurant specializing in crêpes. You’ll rarely ever be seated indoors at Jardin Nelson. Instead, the hostess will walk you by the side of the historical building and into a hidden, open-sky, secret garden. Don’t worry you’ll be covered by gigantic inverted parasols in case of bad weather! The courtyard is renowned for its colours and its decorative horticulture; trees, plants and flowers are abundantly visible from all angles. Jardin Nelson also hosts a variety of pop jazz bands every day from noon to late evening. The stage is visible from any of the multiple levels in the courtyard. The food goes without mentioning as well as some pretty savoury sangrias! At night, the terrace is beautifully lit making it an ideal spot for a date.
