Another edition of Fête des Neiges Festival is about to begin. In 2015, the Fête des Neiges Festival is held at Parc Jean-Drapeau every weekend from January 17th, 2015 to February 8th, 2015. But that’s not even the good part.

Attention all foodies, this year Montreal extends its famous food truck festivals to the wintertime! Starting on the first Saturday of the festival at 4:00pm, Tripes & Bouffe is this year’s mini winter food truck festival.

Experience the 7 different food trucks (thankfully, it isn’t 40 this time so you don’t feel as guilty when you sample every truck) and munch on Montreal’s best while you explore the festival.

Tripes & Bouffe is a two-part experience. If you don’t feel like running home and passing out on your bed after all the food, then stay a while and watch the giant tube slide transform into a disco party! As the day turns into night, the giant tube slide transforms into a “Disco-tube”. The slide is illuminated by a spectacular light show with music by DJ Jimmy Rancourt and other special performances.

So which food trucks will be there you ask? Das Food TruckPizzeria no 900 napolitaineBoîte à fromageDélices d’antanLa Sandwicherie Zoe’sLola’s petits gâteaux, and Traiteur Guru will all be present at the Winter Food Truck Festival and will remain open throughout the night, so don’t stress if you show up later in the evening.

For more information on the Tripes & Bouffe festival and the Fête des Neiges, visit the Parc Jean Drape website.
