“willöe is inspired by the foundation of our most memorable times,” says Glasberg. “We set out to make a gin of the highest quality to celebrate those moments. It’s about creating space to connect with the people you love.”

At just 32, Jordann Glasberg is proof that passion and perseverance can rewrite industry norms. A long-time cocktail enthusiast with a deep love for spirits, she spotted a gap in the gin world: an approachable yet complex bottle that’s just as welcoming to gin newbies as it is intriguing to seasoned sippers.
Her gin journey began at home during the pandemic, experimenting with recipes and diving into the nuances of distillation. With the support of her distilling partner BluePearl, Glasberg crafted a “starter gin” that’s inviting without being simple, layered without being intimidating.
Her mission goes beyond making great gin, it’s about making the spirits world more inclusive, approachable, and meaningful.
Distilled in small batches at a local Montreal distillery, willöe is crafted with a distinctive blend of botanicals that give it an aromatic elegance. The twist? Blackberry and hibiscus, which add subtle fruitiness and floral charm without overpowering the gin’s crisp backbone.
