Mark your calendars ladies and gents! This coming April 20th, Bal en Blanc returns to celebrate its 20th anniversary rave in the EDM music scene. Last year, BeB headliners David Guetta and Calvis Harris attracted 15 000+ electro music lovers. This year, Bal coordinators have revealed a new set-up for the event that will surely attract even more: three stages featuring individual headliners and guest DJs will be set up in the Palais des Congrès. Arena 1 (EDM/House stage) will serve as the throne for the legendary Hardwell, who recently earned the title of #1 DJ in the world. Sharing the throne with Hardwell will be the duo Deep Dish, the recently reunited Dubfire and Sharam. Dyro, who toured Canada with Hardwell last year, will also be playing in Arena 1 as well as Dannic, local super talents Paris & Simo, and Domeno, Jesse Zotti. Arena 2 (Progressive/Techno stage) will be the playing field for Carl Cox and Friends, a pleasant surprise for Montrealers, who haven’t seen much of Carl Cox in a while! Playing alongside him will be the famed Nicole Moudaber, who Carl has affectionately nicknamed the Queen of Techno. Also sharing Arena 2 will be British DJ Nic Fanciulli, Pascal Daze and Monitor. Finally, Arena 3 (Trance stage) will be graced by the presence of headliner New World Punx, a collaboration between Ferry Corsten and the infamous Markus Schulz. Arena 3 will also feature DJs Solarstone, Omnia, Andrew Rayel, Carnage, Giuseppe Ottaviani (live), Betsie Larkin (live), Adina Butar (live), Raneem, Kärl K-Otik, and Malek & Jeremy Sky.  Let’s not forget this year’s BeB theme: Alice in the Palace of Wonders (a take on Alice in Wonderland) which promises to be quite entertaining! While presale and VIP tickets are already sold out, general admissions are still available at the official website along with new add-ons and relevant information. A group rate for the W Hotel is also available here. With its new arena set-up, incredible lineup of international DJs and a production team that undoubtedly has surprises up its sleeve, this year’s edition of Bal en Blanc may just be crazier than the last! After all, a twentieth anniversary is one hell of a milestone.
