We can’t resist ooey gooey melty cheese, especially when it’s on top of pasta, the best thing to come out of Italy (well, we guess the Vatican is a pretty big deal.. and the Italian Renaissance… but pasta!). So it comes as no surprise that we are so excited for Mac and Cheese Week in Montreal!
This is the second edition and this year it’s back and better than ever. More restaurants, more cities, more cheese! Is there anything better?
This is a festival by restaurants for the people! Mac and cheese for all! It starts today, March 7th until March 13th! This year, the festival expanded to Toronto and Quebec City as well!
Plaisirs Gourmets, a cheese supplier based just outside of Quebec City, will be supplying cheese for the participating restaurants. This means Canadian cheeses will be showcased! We love to #shoplocal.
The participating Montreal restaurants include: Le Cheese (the masterminds behind this whole operation), Olive + Gourmando, Reuben’s, Blackstrap BBQ, Deville Dinerbar, Prohibition, Ludger, Lord William, Méchant Boeuf, and more!
