While the month of November, or how we’re now calling it “Movember,” brings out the creepy moustaches, it’s all for a good cause. This month brings awareness to men’s health and helps raise money for the fight against prostate cancer.
Back again for another year, Hotel Nelligan is hosting the annual Bow Tie Affair to raise money for a good cause. For its third annual soirée, Experience Old Montreal and PROCURE get together to bring you a night of fun for the sake of men’s health.
On November 12, 2015, Hotel Nelligan transforms into a classy space to bring awareness and to raise money for prostate cancer. The event begins at 6:30pm and you can expect a night of cocktails and delicious food. Tickets for the event are $125, but if you purchase tickets for $150, you receive a bow tie provided by PROCURE with your admission.
The night is filled with lots of alcohol, thanks to its open bar, food prepared by various Old Montreal restaurants, like BEVO, KYO, Méchant Boeuf, Modavie, Suite 701, Taverne Gaspar, Verses, and Vieux-Port Steakhouse. There will also be a live DJ (so put on your dancing shoes!), and a silent auction.
The goal for this year’s event is to raise $50,000. With every ticket purchased, guests receive tax rebates of up to $75, and 100% of the proceeds go directly to PROCURE. All good reasons to attend the event and help them reach their goal, don’t you think?
