Every year, after the need of the summer bod has come and gone, Le Burger Week comes back to Montreal. As soon as the layers start piling on, the delicious (and junky) comfort food becomes more and more appetizing. This year, Le Burger Week has expanded! It has gone national, and will be taking place across 6 provinces, over 11 cities, and close to 400 restaurants! In Montreal, we’re lucky to have 40 participating restaurants.

To make it a little easier for you guys to choose, we’ve compiled our top 10 burgers with just the right amount of pizazz to make them interesting. Enjoy these burgers from September 1st to September 7th.

1. McKibbin’s Irish Pub’s Guiness Fondue Burger – This bad boy has a 1/2 lb fire-grilled all beef patty with Guinness cheddar sauce and onion rings on a warm pretzel bun. Have some hand cut McKibbin’s fries and homemade creamy coleslaw on the side.

2. Le Bird Bar’s Pollo Pica Burger – Not your average chicken burger. Bite into this nacho crusted Birdbar chicken patty with smoked bacon and garlic salami, topped with pico di gallo, guacamole, and a smokey chipotle sauce. On the side, homemade spiced tortilla chips you can dip into sour cream and smokey chipotle sauce.
