Auberge Bonsecours is a charming bed & breakfast located in the heart of Old Montreal. While the building used to serve as a stable, it is now a fully renovated and functional seven bedroom inn. With its red and grey stonewalls, inclined ceilings and vintage furniture, Auberge Bonsecours has a rustic and country-like feel, and all this is in the middle of the city’s busiest streets. To enter Auberge Bonsecours you have to go through a main gate, onto their courtyard, a very outlandish setting in the city-centre. While each room has a unique character and decor, all have a cozy and inviting allure, complete with modern bedding, flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. The complementary breakfast is held in the lobby dining room and comes in the form of a cold buffet featuring fruit, cereal, bagels, coffee beverages and more. In the summer time, enjoy sitting on their beautiful terrace. Enclosed by colourful flowerbeds, it features several tables, a hammock and a patio swing, making it the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful afternoon. Take advantage of the Forfait Casino, available until March 31, 2014. What’s more, Auberge Bonsecours is in a prime location, facing the Bonsecours Market and in close proximity to many restaurants, boutiques and tourist attractions.
