His stint on Ellen was one of the most important performances of this young prodigy’s career. After playing a jazz piece he composed himself and flooring the entire crowd, it was clear that Daniel Clarke Bouchard was a legend in the making.

An Exceptional Duo puts both student and mentor together for what looks to be an incredible performance presented by The Montreal International Music Competition. The MIMC, founded in 2002, seeks to promote and display the incredible talent of Montreal’s young singers, violinists, and pianists in classical music. Both Jones and Clarke Bouchard will play classical and jazz pieces, accompanied by bassist Éric Lagacé and drummer Jim Doxas, both of whom are well known in the Montreal Jazz community. With such an incredible line up of musical talent, this is one show that is sure to inspire and impress!
