The holidays are all about giving. Whether it’s buying gifts for your family, or finding that perfect present for that special someone, everyone loves bringing a little joy to someone during the holidays. And who doesn’t love receiving that last item off your Christmas list?

But even more rewarding is to give to those less fortunate than us during the holidays. Some families go without gifts, a big holiday meal, even a Christmas tree (if they celebrate Christmas, of course). There are numerous ways in which you can give back this holiday season (we even prepared a nifty Giving Back Guide for you), but a certain Montreal business is going a step further.

Allô! Mon Coco is on a mission to help families who are truly in need this holiday season. They are prepared to give $1000 cash to two families in need to make their holidays a little brighter. To enter the Allô! Mon Coco Gives Back Giveaway, send a letter to [email protected] and explain “how the money would benefit their family.” You can nominate your own family or someone else’s.

Tom Bountis, President and CEO of Allô! Mon Coco has been very active in different charities and has done his best to support the people most in need in his community. Bountis is prepared to personally deliver the $1000 and a delicious holiday dinner to each family.

The additional $1000 is thanks to donations from Oleni Farm, Les Aliments Conan, Kamateros Group,
and Les Immeubles Kronos. Let’s help make this holiday season that much more special for two lucky families!

The contest closes on December 21st, 2016 at 11:59pm. Make sure you send a letter of 300 words or less nominating yourself or a family you know to [email protected]. Include “Allô! Mon Coco Gives Back” in your subject line and include your full name and contact information (phone number and address) and that of the family you are nominating.

The giveaway is open to Quebec residents and the winner will be picked by the Allô! Mon Coco team and announced on social media (Instagram and Facebook) on December 22nd, 2016.

Good luck and happy holidays!
