Beta Bloc is a 14 000 square foot facility bringing together fitness, health, food, community, and health. The bouldering gym has boulder routes/problems for anyone of any level. Whether you are a beginner or a competitive climber, the gym is built and run by climbers so the bouldering problems change weekly.

The gym offers workshops for novices and those that are more experienced looking to improve their technique. Additionally if you’re also looking to improve your overall fitness, the gym has a training area including spinning bikes, squat racks, free-weight, and a workout area to work on conditioning and flexibility.

Not only is the massive bouldering playground impressive, but so is the vibe you immediately get when you walk into the gym. The staff are incredibly welcoming and it’s a very social area where climbers are all collaborating and helping each other out with the problems. The gym also has some designated “chilling out” sections where soft couches are the perfect way to pump up before a workout or wind down after. A healthy bistro is within the gym so you can get a healthy smoothie, panini, beer/coffee after you climbing. With free Wifi, it’s a great place to do some work before or after a workout.

Beta Bloc isn’t just a place to climb, it’s also a place to meet new people, hang out with friends, and have a bite to eat. It’s an amazing space which fosters a healthy community of people that are like-minded.

Workouts

Bouldering works your muscles and your mind! A common misconception is that you need strong arms (which you do), but it’s equally a great workout for your core and legs pushing you from boulder to boulder. The gym has different levels of difficulty catering to novices and more serious climbers, challenging them physically and creatively.

Schedule

The gym is open from 11am to 11pm on weekdays and 9am to 9pm on weekends. They have special nights with DJs at the gym allowing members to meet each other and get to know the climbing community even better.

Cost
